Every Goon pays a 9% royalty on resale. OpenSea enforces it on chain and pays it to a splitter that no one can change:

Go to Holders, connect, and claim for your token ids. Anyone can run the weekly swap there first, paying only that gas, so the pot never needs a paid keeper. Once a month is plenty for claiming, the pot books your slice per Goon continuously and it waits for you. Claiming sends the tokens to the wallet that owns the Goon at that moment. Selling a Goon before claiming hands the unclaimed slice to the buyer.
Nobody. The royalty splitter's 6.9420 / 2.0580 numbers are immutable, and so is the 20 / 80 mint splitter. The treasury's owner can only name the 9MM token address once it exists, and release the 9MM half back to PLANK buying after a one year deadline if 9MM never launches.
Half of every buy is parked as ETH for 9MM. If 9MM is not set within a year, that ETH can be released to buy PLANK instead, so nothing is ever stranded.
Metadata and 1024 px art are pinned to IPFS. Each token also has a 6 frame animation. The set was rolled from 200 plus traits and checked one by one.
